House Rules

Welcome to San Pancho SoHo. We are delighted to have you stay with us. To ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for all guests, we ask that you kindly adhere to the following house rules and policies:

Quiet Time: Please be mindful of others by keeping noise levels down in the common areas after 10 PM.
Pool Safety: Guests under 12 years old are not allowed in the pool unless directly accompanied by an adult.
Swimsuits: For your safety and comfort, swimsuits are required in and around the pool area.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in or around the pool area and the common grounds.
No Glass Around the Pool: For safety reasons, please do not bring glass items to the pool area.
No Food in the Pool: Please keep all food out of the pool.
Pool Behavior: To ensure everyone's safety, no jumping, diving, or running in the pool area.
Pets: For the enjoyment of all, no pets are allowed in or around the pool area or any of the common grounds.
Music: Please refrain from playing loud music around the pool; headphones are preferred.
Leash Requirement for Pets: When bringing pets to the common grounds, they must always be on a leash and should never roam freely.
Pet Clean-Up: For everyone’s comfort, please pick up after your pet.
Occupancy Limit: The maximum occupancy for the house is 4 adults and 2 children, or 2 adults and up to 4 children, in accordance with the HOA rules.
